Guhiriya developed streaming text delivery for the Activity Protocol in the microsoft/Agents repository by introducing the streaminfo entity, enabling chunked text responses during typing and message activities. This work involved protocol design and comprehensive documentation updates, ensuring that the new streaming capability was clearly described and accessible to other developers. By integrating streaminfo into the entity type lists, Guhiriya improved both discoverability and validation of streaming entities within the protocol. The implementation, delivered in Markdown and focused on documentation and protocol design, addressed the need for real-time, scalable text streaming in chat scenarios and established a foundation for future streaming enhancements.
