During February 2026, Yichen Gao enhanced evaluation traceability within the coze-dev/coze-loop repository by introducing a trace ID to the evaluation data structure. This feature enabled unique identification and end-to-end tracing of evaluation workflows, directly supporting improved debugging, monitoring, and auditability. Yichen approached the problem through careful API design and backend development, leveraging Go and Thrift to ensure seamless integration and maintainability.
