Worked on enhancing the user interface of the hackclub/YSWS-Catalog repository by delivering a theme-aware custom scrollbar for the timeline container. Focused on implementing CSS-based solutions to introduce consistent colors, dimensions, and hover effects that adapt to both light and dark themes, ensuring alignment with user settings and the existing design system. The approach emphasized front end development best practices, maintainability, and accessibility, resulting in improved visual aesthetics and readability for users. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development and responsive UI design using CSS and theming techniques to elevate the overall user experience.
