Worked on the dialoguemd/fastapi-sqla repository to enhance cross-version Python compatibility, focusing on supporting Python 3.13 throughout the project. Addressed compatibility by updating the CircleCI configuration and dependency lock files, ensuring that continuous integration reliably validated builds across multiple Python versions. Leveraged skills in CI/CD and Python environment management, utilizing TOML and YAML to manage configuration and dependencies. Implemented a targeted compatibility fix to allow usage with Python versions below 3.14, reducing the risk of build failures related to version drift. The work broadened the project’s user base and improved the reliability of automated testing and deployment workflows.
