Worked on the openvinotoolkit/openvino repository to automate the installation of build dependencies for Arch Linux users. Developed enhancements to the install_build_dependencies.sh script, introducing OS detection via /etc/os-release and integrating pacman-based package management. This eliminated the need for manual setup and removed the Unknown OS fallback for Arch, resulting in a fully automated, CI-compatible installation process. The work improved cross-distribution build reliability and streamlined onboarding for developers using Arch Linux. Demonstrated expertise in Bash scripting, Linux administration, and DevOps practices, with a focus on production-ready automation and robust testing within continuous integration environments. Co-authored changes with other contributors.
