Over a two-month period, contributed to the UoaWDCC/VPS repository by delivering targeted front end enhancements and stability improvements using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Addressed a critical bug in CreateStateOperation by implementing explicit numeric type casting, ensuring NUMBER state variables were correctly processed and improving data integrity in production workflows. Additionally, developed a user experience feature that automatically deselects components after deletion via the context menu, reducing confusion and maintaining consistent selection state. The work focused on precise, well-scoped changes that enhanced reliability and usability, demonstrating a methodical approach to state management and front end development within the project.
