Hassan contributed Arabic localization to the Jellyfin core repository, focusing on expanding accessibility for Arabic-speaking users. He utilized JSON to deliver comprehensive translations, integrating them through the Weblate platform and collaborating with the translation team to ensure accuracy and consistency. His work streamlined the translation workflow, making future updates more efficient and maintainable. By addressing internationalization challenges, Hassan enabled improved onboarding and engagement for a broader audience. Although he did not address bug fixes during this period, his efforts in localization and open source contribution demonstrated a solid understanding of translation processes and collaborative development within the Jellyfin project.
