For codex, they implemented a user approval prompt for dangerous force delete commands on Windows, aligning safety checks with Linux and reducing accidental data loss through explicit user confirmation. Additionally, they improved kilocode’s documentation by correcting directory paths in the contributing guide, streamlining onboarding and project setup. Their work demonstrated careful attention to cross-platform safety and documentation accuracy.
