Worked on the basecamp/omarchy repository to enhance the Omarchy Screensaver by enabling all supported text effects following an update to the terminal text effects library. This feature was implemented by removing the exclude-effects flag from the Bash-based omarchy-screensaver script, ensuring compatibility with tte version 0.14.2. The update improved the visual experience for users while maintaining system stability and preventing regressions or runtime errors. Leveraging skills in devops, scripting, and system administration, the work focused on aligning the screensaver’s capabilities with the latest library features and improving release traceability through detailed commit references and documentation.
