Overhauled CI/CD pipelines using Gradle and GitHub Actions, enabling multi-project builds, improved status checks, and parallel execution for faster feedback. Established repository hygiene through directory standardization and .gitignore updates, and created a sample project with automated builds to validate contributions early. Leveraged Java, Kotlin, and Bash scripting to ensure consistent onboarding experiences and support open collaboration across multiple projects.
