Worked on the usebruno/bruno repository to enhance both user experience and security within a one-month period. Focused on front end development using JavaScript, React, and styled-components, the work included updating the status bar for improved aesthetics and refining theme colors to ensure accessibility across light and dark modes. Accessibility improvements extended to interactive elements such as the cookie button, making the interface more compliant and user-friendly. On the security front, SSL verification was restored and system proxy overrides were disabled, re-establishing secure defaults. All changes were implemented with clear, traceable commits, supporting maintainability and straightforward code review processes.
