Worked on the Shopify/cli repository to address log management by removing the display of POS Extension logs from the CLI. This involved reverting a previous feature and stripping related log handling logic from websocket handlers and the ExtensionServerProvider, using JavaScript and TypeScript within a full stack development context. The targeted change aimed to improve log clarity and reduce unnecessary output, thereby minimizing potential security and privacy risks. The update was carefully tested and reviewed to ensure stability and prevent regressions. Documentation was updated to provide clear historical context, supporting traceability and transparency for future development and release management.
