Hibiki Daybreak expanded DragonSurvivalTeam’s DragonSurvival repository by delivering a comprehensive Japanese localization, adding and refining the ja_jp.json translation file to enable immersive gameplay for Japanese-speaking users. Focusing on internationalization and localization, Hibiki structured the translation assets in JSON, ensuring accuracy and maintainability while aligning with project standards. Although no bugs were addressed during this period, the work laid a solid foundation for future multilingual support and streamlined the localization workflow. Hibiki’s approach emphasized version-control hygiene and asset management, which will facilitate faster updates and broader accessibility as the project evolves to support additional languages and regions.
