Developed and integrated ZilPay wallet support for the Zilliqa/zq2-staking repository, focusing on seamless in-app payment experiences. The work involved implementing custom connection logic to accommodate both injected and WalletConnect wallet connections, providing users with flexible authentication options. A new configuration option was introduced to control wallet integration behavior, laying the groundwork for future extensibility. The solution was built using TypeScript and leveraged front-end development skills alongside RainbowKit and Wagmi for wallet management. This feature reduced integration friction for additional wallets and established a robust foundation for secure, user-friendly payment flows within the application, without addressing any bug fixes during the period.
