Worked on the Shopify/maintenance_tasks repository to enhance the navigation and usability of maintenance task runs. Developed a feature that assigns unique IDs to each maintenance task run and generates anchor links, allowing users to bookmark or directly share links to specific runs. This approach improves traceability and facilitates more efficient collaboration across teams by making it easier to reference individual tasks. The implementation relied on front end development skills, utilizing ERB and HTML to integrate the new navigation elements seamlessly into the existing interface. The work focused on user experience improvements without introducing new bug fixes during the development period.
