Release management and versioning were improved for desktop/mobile with 6.0.0 release readiness and 6.1.0-alpha.x previews, including changelog cleanup, version bumps, and build config updates. Android build tooling was reverted to restore a stable build, addressing instability from upgrades to AGP 8.3.2, Gradle 8.8, Android SDK 35. Overall, these deliverables improved product stability, security posture, and release velocity, while expanding platform capabilities and developer ergonomics.
