Addressed a critical issue in BiteSpeed-Dev/chatwoot by ensuring feature flags persist correctly during account provisioning via the Platform API, using Ruby on Rails and test-driven development to enhance onboarding reliability. In radyalabs/chatwoot, resolved a bug affecting international phone number searches by refining the contact filtering logic and expanding test coverage for global formats. Demonstrated proficiency in API development, backend debugging, and automated testing, contributing to more consistent user experiences and reducing support overhead for both projects.
