Addressed a critical bug where agents with zero conversations previously displayed misleading test values by removing the stringToFloat function and implementing the nullish coalescing operator in JavaScript and Vue.js. This change ensured that agents with no activity now display a clear placeholder, enhancing the reliability of reporting for product and customer success teams. The update streamlined metric handling, reduced future maintenance risks, and supported more accurate SLA and performance tracking, reflecting a careful approach to frontend development and sustainable code quality improvements.
