During July 2025, Hsiang-Ping Chen developed a dedicated Meetup Page within the sciwork/swportal repository, focusing on enhancing event discovery and registration for the NYCU meetup. Leveraging Markdown for content management, Hsiang-Ping structured the page to include event date, time, agenda, sign-up instructions, and a Discord event link, providing a comprehensive user-facing experience. The implementation also introduced scaffolding for future event information and venue details, supporting content consistency and scalability. No bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focus on feature completeness and content quality. The work demonstrated depth in content management and user experience design.
