During January 2025, JTeng contributed to the sciwork/swportal repository by developing and documenting a new feature focused on infrastructure monitoring and alerting. JTeng organized and delivered the Meetup 0122 session, which introduced dashboards and alert configurations using Grafana, Prometheus, PushProx, and Ansible. The work involved updating reStructuredText (RST) documentation to detail the session content and expanding the free chat section to foster community engagement through topics like modmesh and a mini motorway simulator. While no bugs were addressed, the contribution demonstrated depth in technical documentation and event content design, enhancing the repository’s value for both users and contributors.
