Worked on the actions/actions-runner-controller repository to enhance reliability and code quality for autoscaling listeners using Go and Kubernetes. Focused on addressing configuration drift by implementing automatic cleanup of listener secrets when pods are deleted, ensuring a clean state during autoscaling events. Updated and expanded test coverage to validate the new secret cleanup behavior, reinforcing the stability of autoscaling listener lifecycle management. No new customer-facing features were introduced during this period; instead, the work centered on bug fixes, improved documentation, and hardening of autoscaling-related code paths to support more robust and predictable deployments in Kubernetes controller environments.
