Worked on stabilizing data processing for the hotgluexyz/tap-hubspot-beta repository, focusing on improving the reliability of HubSpot streams integration. Addressed a key data integrity issue by updating the handling of empty string datetime values, ensuring that such cases now return None to prevent downstream errors. Refactored the boolean parsing logic to accurately interpret string representations of true and false, which enhanced overall data quality. Leveraged Python for implementing these changes, applying skills in API integration, data integration, and data transformation. The work reduced edge-case failures and contributed to more robust and dependable data flows for business users.
