Worked on the flipperdevices/u-boot repository to deliver a targeted stability fix for the MTK MMC/SD driver, focusing on the MT7623 platform. Addressed a critical issue in the msdc_cmd_is_ready() function by correcting the detection of the MSDC controller’s busy state, which previously led to false-ready conditions and command timing problems. Utilized C programming and embedded systems expertise to implement the solution, followed by comprehensive testing and clear documentation to support downstream maintainers. This work improved the reliability of SD/MMC command issuance and enhanced boot stability, demonstrating a methodical approach to driver development and maintenance within embedded environments.
