Worked on the wafflestudio/waffle-world repository to deliver cross-environment Argo CD permissions for the siksha-server-data role, enabling management of applications and manual execution of cronjobs across both production and development environments. The approach involved updating policy rules within values.yaml, leveraging Kubernetes RBAC and YAML configuration to grant precise operational control while maintaining security boundaries. This feature allowed the siksha-server-data role to execute commands on siksha-api-server and siksha-crawler, supporting safer and more flexible deployment workflows. The work focused on enhancing operational agility and reliability, with an emphasis on secure, multi-environment DevOps practices and GitOps-driven infrastructure management.
