Developed foundational governance features for cloud cost management across the harness-go-sdk and harness/terraform-provider-harness repositories. Focused on enabling policy-driven workflows, the work introduced a new Governance enum within CCM Connector Features and extended governance capabilities to AWS, Azure, and GCP connectors. Leveraging Go and HCL, the implementation used feature flagging to allow configurable governance enablement through the features_enabled setting in resource definitions and documentation. This approach established consistent governance support across both SDK and Terraform provider surfaces, laying the groundwork for future policy enforcement and improved cloud cost management. No bugs were reported or fixed during this development period.
