Developed LobsterMail, an email infrastructure for AI agents within the activepieces/activepieces repository, enabling automated workflows for sending, receiving, and managing email threads and triggers. The work focused on building robust API endpoints and webhook integrations using TypeScript and Node.js, supporting inbox creation and seamless communication between AI agents and external channels. This feature established a foundation for future automation by allowing AI-driven email interactions, enhancing the platform’s extensibility. Collaboration with other contributors ensured code quality and effective integration into the existing full stack environment. The project demonstrated depth in API development and practical application of full stack engineering principles.
