Developed HMAC-based signature verification for incoming webhooks, allowing configurable header names, secrets, algorithms, and encodings to ensure requests originate from trusted sources. This feature included comprehensive tests to validate the verification logic, reflecting a focus on reliability and maintainability. Additionally, corrected the Smartsheet integration by restructuring the update-row action to pass a direct row object, improving API call efficiency and correctness. Utilized TypeScript and backend development skills, applying security best practices and API integration expertise to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.
