
In January 2025, Ik worked on the google-ai-edge/mediapipe-samples repository, delivering a model selection and dynamic inference model loading feature for Android. Ik designed and implemented a user interface using Jetpack Compose that allows users to choose between different LLM inference models, then refactored the InferenceModel component in Kotlin to support dynamic loading of the selected model at runtime. A loading screen was added to enhance user experience and perceived performance. This work enables rapid experimentation with various backends, streamlines onboarding, and improves code modularity, demonstrating skills in Android development, UI design, and asynchronous flow integration without addressing major bugs.
