Worked on the edx/public-dockerfiles repository to enhance the CI/CD Docker image publishing workflow, ensuring that both cms-dev and lms-dev images were included in production pushes and that image naming conventions accurately reflected production builds. Leveraged Docker, GitHub Actions, and YAML to automate deployment processes and maintain consistency across image releases. Additionally, implemented a cleanup of unused production images, reducing clutter and improving the maintainability of the image registry. The work focused on repository hygiene and deployment automation, resulting in a more reliable and streamlined production image pipeline. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts centered on feature delivery.
