Worked on stabilizing the mobile user experience for the Max-Eee/E-commerce-recommender project, focusing on resolving a UI state management issue affecting option selection. Addressed a bug where the mobile interface failed to accurately reflect the currently selected option by updating the state binding logic from using option titles to option IDs. This change ensured that user interactions consistently updated the UI, reducing drift and improving conversion flows on mobile devices. The solution was delivered as a single, traceable commit, facilitating straightforward code review and rollback. Utilized front end development skills with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript to implement and test the fix.
