Irakli Merabishvili enhanced request routing in the folio-org/mod-patron repository by implementing conditional processing of item-level and title-level requests through the mod-circulation-bff service, governed by the ECS TLR feature flag. Using Java and REST services, he improved routing accuracy and endpoint correctness, reducing the risk of misrouted requests. He also expanded test coverage for item-level holds and refactored PatronResourceImplTest to be data-driven, introducing parameterized tests for broader scenario validation. This work strengthened release confidence and maintainability, demonstrating skills in API integration, backend development, and automated testing, with a focus on traceable, reliable feature delivery over the month.
