In November 2025, Innerviewerr developed a focused UX improvement for DaVinci Resolve within the basecamp/omarchy repository, implementing a new window management rule to keep dialog windows persistently focused. Leveraging configuration management skills and integrating with the Hypr window manager, Innerviewerr designed the 'stayfocused' rule to minimize accidental window switching and reduce distractions during editing sessions. The solution was delivered as a single plaintext configuration commit, validated across supported environments with no reported defects. This work demonstrated careful attention to workflow efficiency and user experience, addressing UI friction for editors and showcasing disciplined code review and environment validation practices.
