Worked on the hackclub/YSWS-Catalog repository to deliver the MakerCreate program integration, expanding the catalog’s support for hardware and CAD project participation. Leveraged catalog management and program development skills to update catalog entries, ensuring improved maker engagement and better alignment with active Slack channels. Utilized YAML to implement and document changes, including refreshing Poetry program Slack links to reflect current communication channels. All updates were committed in a single, traceable commit, supporting future onboarding and cross-team collaboration. The work focused on end-to-end feature delivery, from backend catalog updates to user-facing channel improvements, enhancing the catalog’s readiness for upcoming maker initiatives.
