Worked on the uutils/coreutils-l10n repository to enhance accessibility for Chinese-speaking users by contributing to the ongoing localization of Coreutils. Delivered a feature that added a Simplified Chinese translation for the csplit command description, addressing the need for improved internationalization. Utilized Rust and localization workflows, integrating the translation through Weblate to streamline future contributions and maintain consistency. The work involved translating one of twenty-five strings, marking early progress in the broader localization effort. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with the focus remaining on feature development and the technical implementation of language support within the project.
