Worked on the kubecost/cost-analyzer-helm-chart repository to deliver security-focused enhancements for OpenShift environments. Introduced and configured Security Context Constraints (SCC) for the clusterController and nodeExporter components, enabling secure, policy-driven deployments. Standardized Helm chart terminology and updated templates and versioning to ensure consistency and flexibility across different deployment scenarios. Used YAML extensively to manage configuration changes, aligning references from cloud to cluster for clearer domain terminology. Removed obsolete test SCCs to reduce maintenance overhead and potential security risks. Focused on improving deployment reliability, maintainability, and security posture through careful template corrections, value cleanups, and terminology alignment throughout the chart.
