By carefully revising the documentation using Markdown and HTML, Izzy reduced the risk of user misconfiguration and helped lower potential support burdens. The work involved technical writing and a deep understanding of AWS networking concepts, ensuring that timeout settings were clearly explained for both protocols. Although no new features were developed during this period, Izzy’s contributions improved the overall quality and reliability of the documentation, supporting better user outcomes and maintainability.
