Worked on enhancing the logging configuration for the PX4/PX4-Autopilot repository, focusing on improving configurability and maintainability of the flight software’s logging subsystem. Developed a feature that enables append-only logging topics from a configuration file, ensuring existing topics are preserved rather than replaced. Refactored the logger initialization into a single, clearer function to streamline setup and reduce complexity. Updated and expanded documentation in Markdown to accurately reflect the new logging behavior and usage patterns. Utilized C++ for core development and applied embedded systems expertise to strengthen observability, contributing to a more robust and maintainable logging infrastructure for PX4.
