Worked on the gravitee-io/gravitee-kubernetes-operator repository, focusing on backend development and Kubernetes operator enhancements using Go. Addressed a critical issue in secret management by ensuring that secret resolution correctly extracts and applies the namespace from SecretRef objects, both in the Management Context and within Cloud configurations. This fix prevents misconfigurations and secret lookup failures caused by namespace mismatches, thereby improving the reliability of cluster onboarding and reducing operator troubleshooting efforts. The work demonstrated a strong understanding of Kubernetes operator patterns, robust secret handling, and namespace-scoped resource management, with an emphasis on stability and deployment risk reduction over new feature delivery.
