In the epr-prn-integration-function repository, Jack implemented custom Azure event logging for PRN updates, enhancing observability and reliability by refining event logic and ensuring robust property access. He also updated messaging configuration for NPWD integration, isolating development templates to prevent misrouted notifications. His work demonstrated depth in API development, configuration management, and backend integration, resulting in improved data integrity and operational monitoring.
