Worked on stabilizing the Shopify/cli development environment by addressing a critical bug related to App Proxy relative URL handling. Focused on ensuring that relative URLs for app proxies in development were correctly prepended with the application's base URL, which prevented routing issues and reduced developer friction during local testing. The solution included implementing a targeted bug fix in TypeScript, along with a regression test to cover the specific scenario and maintain reliability. Integrated changes with the existing CI and test suite, aligning with established quality standards. Demonstrated full stack development and testing skills while prioritizing predictable deployments and code maintainability.
