Worked on the modelcontextprotocol/servers repository to deliver a Geolocation WalkScore API integration, enhancing the community servers registry with automated location-based data enrichment. The approach involved adding a new geolocation-mcp-server entry and wiring WalkScore-based walkability, transit, and bike scores directly into the MCP server ecosystem. This integration reduced the need for manual server configuration and improved the discoverability of geolocation capabilities across the platform. The work focused on API integration and documentation, utilizing Markdown for repository updates and technical communication. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and improving server registry accuracy.
