Jacopo Tagliabue developed and delivered an end-to-end Bauplan integration for the MCP List within the modelcontextprotocol/servers repository, focusing on centralized lakehouse management and streamlined data operations. Leveraging API integration and thorough documentation, Jacopo enabled users to manage the Bauplan lakehouse, query tables, create data branches, execute pipelines, and retrieve logs, all through a unified interface. The work, implemented primarily using Markdown for documentation, established a robust foundation for scalable data orchestration and governance. Although completed within a one-month period and encompassing a single feature, the integration addressed core operational needs and improved visibility across the platform’s data workflows.
