Worked on enhancing the nextflow-io/nextflow repository by implementing named parameters support for the Nextflow plugin subcommand, focusing on improving plugin usability and automation. Leveraging Groovy for CLI and plugin development, the solution enabled dynamic parameterization of plugin execution, allowing users to pass named parameters directly to plugins. This approach reduced manual parameter wiring and streamlined scripting for plugin authors, resulting in smoother workflows and easier automation. The feature was delivered through a targeted commit linked to a tracked issue and validated using a fast CI path, reflecting a methodical and efficient engineering process over the course of the month.
