Worked on the livechat/design-system repository to integrate TeamChat into the ProductSwitcher, focusing on enhancing product configurability and supporting future adoption across the suite. Used React with JavaScript and TypeScript to implement visibility controls, update constants, and revise documentation, ensuring TeamChat could be shown as an available product without being set as the default. Validated the default-product behavior by enabling and then reverting TeamChat as the default option, aligning with the product roadmap and minimizing rollout risk. No critical bugs were reported during this period, and the work laid a foundation for broader TeamChat integration in the design system.
