Over a two-month period, contributed to the dhis2/ui and dhis2/maps-app repositories by delivering targeted feature enhancements focused on user experience and process security. Developed a user-configurable display property for the Organisation Unit Tree in dhis2/ui, allowing users to toggle between full and short names for organization units, which improved interface clarity without disrupting existing data models. Updated related React components and hooks, ensuring backward compatibility and robust test coverage. In dhis2/maps-app, implemented automated commit signing in the release workflow using GitHub Actions and YAML, strengthening release integrity and auditability as part of a broader DevOps and continuous integration effort.
