During a two-month period, Jcounts contributed to the newrelic/newrelic-quickstarts repository by delivering targeted configuration management enhancements using YAML. In November 2024, Jcounts integrated Vantage as a data source, enabling cloud cost monitoring alongside New Relic data. This involved creating a dedicated Vantage configuration file and updating the quickstart setup, streamlining the process for users to monitor cloud spend. In January 2025, Jcounts refreshed the Temporal Dashboard’s UI assets, replacing outdated images to align with updated dashboard visuals and improving asset management. The work demonstrated focused feature delivery, with an emphasis on maintainability and repository quality, without introducing bugs.
