
Worked on improving the reliability of dashboard initialization for the Accedian/grafana-docker repository, focusing on reducing startup errors and manual interventions during deployments. Addressed a persistent issue by correcting the default dashboard file path and introducing an init container to fetch dashboards reliably at startup. This solution leveraged Kubernetes startup tooling, Docker image hygiene, and robust file path handling, all managed through Git-based workflows. Utilized Shell and YAML to implement and configure the changes, resulting in smoother deployments and reduced support overhead for customer dashboards. The work demonstrated a methodical approach to DevOps problem-solving within a containerized environment.
