During May 2026, contributed to the hashicorp/terraform-provider-azurerm repository by delivering a feature enhancement for Azure CDN Front Door firewall policies. Expanded the custom_block_response_status_code option within the azurerm_cdn_frontdoor_firewall_policy resource to support additional status codes, specifically 429 and the range 990-999. This update, implemented using Go and focused on backend and API development, enabled more granular and flexible response handling for users configuring firewall policies through Terraform. The work aligned the provider’s capabilities with Azure’s native features, reducing manual configuration and improving automation for infrastructure as code workflows. No bug fixes were recorded during this period.
