Worked on enhancing the test infrastructure for the chapel-lang/chapel repository, focusing on multi-locale sharded inference and GPU test support. Updated test outputs to match new configurations, introduced golden references, and removed outdated suppressions to improve CI/CD reliability. Leveraged skills in GPU computing and testing to reduce flaky results and clarify test signals, enabling faster feedback on multi-locale and GPU features. Utilized Cray and Text languages to align the test suite with evolving requirements, stabilizing CI expectations and reducing false negatives. The work emphasized robust test automation and infrastructure maintenance, contributing to more reliable and efficient development workflows.
