Worked on the flybywiresim/aircraft repository to enhance the user interface and data integrity of the A380 family’s multifunction displays. Focused on front-end development using TypeScript, SCSS, and CSS, the work enforced mandatory flight number input and improved the handling of null values for ATC Callsign, ensuring clearer feedback for pilots. UI consistency was addressed by standardizing disabled input styling and refining hover feedback, reducing input errors and supporting operational reliability. Each change was delivered through focused, traceable commits, supporting maintainability and future audits. The approach emphasized both user experience and robust data handling within a complex aviation simulation environment.
